1. What cookies are

A&J uses cookies only for the purposes described below. Some information generated by cookies may be personal data under the PDPA when it can identify you directly or together with other information.

These support the operation, security and delivery of the website. You can block them through your browser, but doing so may affect website features.

Analytics

Google Tag Manager (“GTM”) loads Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”) to help us understand website use, such as page views, traffic source, device type and interactions with key buttons. GTM is a tag-management tool. We use this information to improve the website and understand which information is useful to visitors.

Advertising measurement

Google Ads tags may measure advertising performance and record conversion events, such as a submitted enquiry or click to contact us. Depending on the campaign configuration, Google Ads may also use cookies or similar technologies to help measure and improve advertising.

Search visibility

Google Search Console helps us understand how Google crawls and indexes the website. It is used for site administration and search performance monitoring. It does not itself place a visitor-facing analytics or advertising cookie through this website.

4. Google products and data transfers

Google may process information according to its own terms and privacy practices, and may process it outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal data overseas, we will take reasonable steps to meet the PDPA’s transfer-limitation requirements. You can read Google’s privacy information at policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Your choices

This website does not use a cookie-consent banner. You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings and use Google’s My Ad Center to manage how Google uses information for advertising. Blocking or deleting cookies may affect some website features or the measurement information we receive. Information already collected may still be retained where permitted by law and our Privacy Policy.

6. Current technology register

The website currently uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Google Search Console. Cookie and tag names, purposes and durations may change when Google updates its products or when our configuration changes. We will update this policy if we make a material change to our use of cookies or similar technologies.
