Every unit in Singapore is a bit different—ceiling heights, old peeling paint, or heavy furniture all affect how long the job takes. Here is how our friendly site visits work, with no pressure to sign on the spot.

What We Look at When We Drop By

When we visit your flat or condo, we check out a few practical details so there are no unexpected costs later:

Wall & Ceiling Condition

We check for old peeling layers, hairline cracks, or damp spots near aircon units so we know if you need special sealer or anti-mould primer first.

Furniture & Protection

If you are living in the house, we look at how much furniture needs shifting and plastic wrapping so your belongings stay 100% clean and dust-free.

Colors & Base Coats

If you are going from a dark color to a light pastel, we will figure out how many base coats are needed so your new shade looks rich and solid.

Condo & HDB Rules

For condos, we coordinate with your MCST timing and lift protection rules. For HDBs, we check if high ladders are needed for high ceilings.
