Here is a general guide to how long a standard whole-unit repaint usually takes with a full crew of experienced painters:

3-Room HDB / 2-Bed Condo

1 to 2 Days
Covers living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, and toilets. Ideal for quick weekend transformations or fast handover schedules.

4-Room HDB / 3-Bed Condo

2 Days
Our most common job size. Day 1 focuses on protection, patching, sealer, and ceilings; Day 2 completes all color topcoats and final touch-ups.

5-Room HDB / Executive Unit

2 to 3 Days
Allows ample drying time for multi-room layouts, feature walls, extra door frames, and high-ceiling condo alcoves.

Single Room / Touch-Up

Half Day to 1 Day
Perfect for refreshing a nursery, rental bedroom, or fixing a water-damaged toilet ceiling without disrupting the whole home.

4 Factors That Can Affect Your Painting Timeline

While we always work efficiently, a few practical wall and site conditions can add extra curing or prep time to the process:

Heavy Flaking or Mould Remediation

If existing paint is peeling badly or ceilings have severe mould, scraping down to the bare plaster and applying anti-mould treatment adds extra prep time before painting can start.

Drastic Color Changes

Switching from a dark wall color (like deep navy or emerald green) to a light cream or white requires an extra coat of opacity primer so the old color doesn't bleed through.

Furnished vs. Empty Home

Empty resale or newly key-collected units move fastest. Occupied homes require careful moving, plastic wrapping, and resetting of bulky sofas, wardrobes, and TV consoles.

Condo Working Hour Restrictions

Condo MCST rules strictly limit daily working hours (usually 9am to 5pm on weekdays), which means work must wrap up and be cleaned away promptly every afternoon.
